Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your GoalLineExpert account and associated personal data. This page is available from the website and inside the Android app.
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting or anonymizing data.
What will be deleted
- Your user account where technically possible.
- Personal profile data such as username, email and optional Telegram information where possible.
- Support, feedback or app-related personal data where it is not required for legitimate retention reasons.
What may be retained
Some data may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, payment verification, security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary.
