The Service may include:

GoalLineExpert may offer free and paid plans with different levels of access to content and functionality. The applicable price, duration, included features and plan conditions are displayed before payment.

Subscription fees are paid solely for access to Premium analytical content, statistical data, signals and software features.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card details where payment is processed directly by such a provider.

Duration and Renewal

The subscription period is shown at the time of purchase. Where a subscription does not renew automatically, access to paid features ends at the end of the prepaid period.

Prices and Promotions

We may periodically offer promotional prices, discounts or bonus periods. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered in accordance with the information presented at checkout, the nature of the digital service and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

GoalLineExpert is not a sportsbook, casino, lottery, betting exchange or gambling operator.

In particular, GoalLineExpert:

• does not accept or register wagers;
• does not accept gambling deposits;
• does not hold betting funds;
• does not process gambling transactions;
• does not determine or settle betting outcomes;
• does not pay gambling winnings or prizes;
• does not organise games of chance;

Predictions and signals are generated through statistical analysis, historical data, probability assessments, algorithmic rules and, where applicable, artificial intelligence models.

They represent analytical assessments, not statements of certain future outcomes.

• Predictions do not guarantee a particular sporting outcome.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Statistical probability does not mean certainty.
• Data may contain delays, omissions or errors originating from third-party sources.
• Artificial intelligence and automated models may produce inaccurate assessments.

Odds, lines, markets or other third-party-related information may be displayed solely for informational and comparative purposes.

GoalLineExpert does not set bookmaker odds and does not guarantee that a particular price, market or event is available from a third-party operator.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoalLineExpert does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, services, security or policies.

The presence of a third-party name, brand, price or link does not necessarily imply partnership, endorsement or official affiliation.

You independently decide whether and how to use information published on the Platform.

Every decision, including any decision relating to a sports wager with a third-party operator, is made entirely at your discretion, outside GoalLineExpert and at your own risk.

You are responsible for:

• not using money that you cannot afford to lose;

• sharing, selling or renting an account;
• attempts to compromise website security;

GoalLineExpert content and functionality, including design, text, graphics, databases, algorithms, models, signals, layout, software and original analytical materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

Team, competition, provider and other third-party names and logos may belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive and informational purposes only.

We aim to keep the Platform available and information current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous operation.

We may change, improve, replace or discontinue individual features, models, markets, statistics or data sources.

Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party providers, cyberattacks, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to an account or service where we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been breached;
• the account is being used without authorisation or fraudulently;
• Premium Content is being misused;
• access creates a security risk to the Platform;
• restriction is required by law or a competent authority.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide information about the reason for the restriction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• the accuracy or completeness of all information;
• continuous availability of the Service;
• a particular sporting outcome;
• financial profit or avoidance of loss;
• that third-party data is always current;
• that an algorithmic or AI model will not make an error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoalLineExpert and persons associated with the Platform are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of analyses, predictions, signals, statistics or other information available through the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• losses from sports betting with a third-party operator;
• lost profits or expected revenue;
• loss of or damage to data;
• temporary unavailability of the Platform;
• errors or delays in third-party data;
• actions of external websites or providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Processing of personal data in connection with use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy and consent settings where applicable.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the operator of GoalLineExpert, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the User’s country.

Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through written communication.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Service, law, technology, payment methods or our business processes.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Where changes are material and reasonably practicable, we may provide additional notice through the website, User account or email.
